The aspiring dream of every MBA graduate would be to get placed in a top notch company that offers better perks and incentives. Massive pay packages with lots of employee benefits might have lured you. Of course, there are several companies that are branded and are listed as dream companies. Few students make their dreams true and others might get a job with good package and not with the extra-ordinary package. There are certain categories of students who do not have self confidence and are still worried about their future. I have met several students in my life as my friends, relatives those who are low in confidence. I have something to tell them. Truly Inspiring: First and foremost, I would like to share some information here. Out of 1014 billionaires in the world-2010, there are only 14 self made women billionaires and 7 are from China. Can you believe this? Most of them have had several problems in their early stages and despite that, they have reached this pristine level. Next is an interesting information about RIL Chairman, Mr. Mukesh Ambani. The net worth of RIL is $80 billion presently. It has taken 30 full years to reach this status. However, the company has a vision to double its net value in the next ten years. The company is keen in expanding its business to power, telecom and many other industries. Consider the case of IT sector. This industry has grown from rubbles to its peak level in the past 15 years. Our country is in the process of creating UID for every individual. The corporation has called for bids to outsource the IT operation that is worth 1000crores. NASSCOM predicts that top 3 IT companies in India will have a growth rate over 20% in 2011 despite post recession effects. Make The Most Of It: So what do you infer from the above said paragraph? I would like to indicate the prospects for the companies and every company is very serious about their business expansion. There are lots of players in the market ready to invest that will create huge number of employment. All these works cannot be successful by hiring only engineers, supervisors and other players. Management people and MBA graduates are high in demand in all the sectors. Hence, make sure that you come out as a top quality MBA graduate and ready to be employed. This is the only requirement from your side and the rest is all easy. Be confident with your communication skills. Take several steps to improve your managerial skills before you come out of the college. You need not bother about the 100’s and 1000’s of people applying for the same job as long as you are talented. Have the spirit and attitude in you. Make proactive job searches that will suit your area of interest so that you can perform better. Never accept defeats and work hard to achieve what you want. The industries are always in demand of skilled managers and it is up to you to grab it or not.
