This leads to employee satisfaction and helps the manager to seamlessly integrate with the working population. However, this is said easier than done. Working and managing ambitious people in the team is a real difficult task. The human thoughts will wander at the speed of air. Conflicting Expectations: When the team expects something from an employee, it sets itself to a stage of disappointment. Sub-ordinates and higher officials will pose great danger to your career especially when they stand in between and prevent you from executing your action plans.
