Most welcome Shilpa...I dont see why you might need that, but will tell what all must be there, assuming it is an in-depth bio-data you want to make:

Include the guide's full name, all educational qualifications (you can include the college/institute name too), current organization along with the designation and if guest faculty in any institute,mention that also. If you guide is a member of any group/ organization, etc mention that.
All papers published by your guide, articles written in various journals, seminars conducted/ attended. FInally, anything worthy won by your guide or something of importance that he/she might have done.

in mysore university we need to have 2 guides one internal and external guide
internal guide is the academician and external guide is in which company you take up the project...... so i need all this info
