Chi Square Test

Hi guys,

Was hoping that someone can help me with a Chi-Square test.

Day Emails Sent Emails Sent
(observed) (expected)
1 3
2 4
3 2
4 5
5 2

I'm testing wether the emails sent are distributed normally. I fail to understand how to calculate the expected values.

Prior to this I've done a frequency distribution and have calculated Mean, Median, MODE, Standard Deviation etc....

Any help is much apprecaited!!!

Thanks
