National Aptitude Test (NAT) is a common entrance test conducted for candidates at the Under Graduate (NAT-UG) and the Post Graduate (NAT-PG) levels for admission in Management & Allied programmes of Participating Institutions such as BBA, BCA and
MBA, PGDBM respectively. In NAT 2009; there are Eight Universities and over Sixty Higher Education Institutions accepting scores of NAT at UG / PG levels.

SRDE offers cash scholarships and awards to the meritorious candidates of NAT to promote Higher Education amongst the youth of the country:
Smt. Santosh Memorial Merit Scholarships: SRDE offers one time merit scholarship of a total amount Rs. 1,00,000/- to be distributed among the top 10 rank holders of NAT-UG and NAT-PG respectively.
Dr. S. V. Narayanan Awards: SRDE offers cash awards of Rs. 1000/- each in order of merit to the next 10 candidates (i.e. other than scholarship recipients) of NAT-UG and NAT-PG five in each group.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NAT
FOR NAT-UG (Under Graduate): Candidates who have passed or appeared / are going to appear in the 10+2 of recognised Boards
FOR NAT-PG (Post Graduate): Candidates who have passed or appeared / are going to appear in the final year of the graduate degree courses
