As of my experience I got placed in Hewlett Packard from my college and had lots of hope and aspirations to excel in IT. But after working for a year, realized that IT is not my cup of tea as I had dreams of starting my own company b-fit, so started preparing for CAT 2007 seriously from november 2006, I had joined the time coaching class and was following things properly .But things did not work out as my AIMAT mock exams score were very low. I was looking for all options of MBA in 2008 in India...

The Physically Challenged

Posted 11-20-2008 at 08:35 AM by priyad

Are we as a nation considerate? Two days back hurrying as usual to my destination I witnessed a rare and genuinely beautiful sight. A woman, possibly in her late twenties, but not more than that, was walking down the road. Her sure and confident steps spoke of her stateliness. What made me stop and pay attention to her, was the fact that she wore black glasses and held a cane in one hand. Yes, she was blind. But seeing her, I felt inspired to stop grudging about the monotony of existence and walk...

Ability to focus for 3 hours at a stretch

Posted 11-19-2008 at 11:37 PM by aimmba

Yea I know, you've heard this before. But what is important is have you done anything about it? Concentration levels don't jump up in a day. So giving 4 tests in exam conditions and believing that to be your 'preparation' for the endurance level required to beat the GMAT is the reason why you probably won’t end up beating the test. Posted 11-14-2008 at 10:50 PM by priyad

The ideal technology would be a vaccine that gives lifetime immunity with a single dose. So governments, drug companies, and foundations fund vaccine research. But their work is likely to take more than a decade, so in the meantime, we have to work with what we have in hand – and the best prevention approach we have now is getting people to avoid risky behavior....

A truly thought provoking speech. It is astonishing to know that Bill Gates who does not see the plight of millions suffering in the world, is taking so much effort to help them due to humanity, while we living in India, who do see people below poverty line suffering everyday, (as we walk to the nearby grocery store or travel 2 work etc.).do not pause to think a second about them..
